Appointment requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until Easy Phone Fix communicates explicit confirmation. We may contact you to clarify device details, location, timing, or service requirements prior to the appointment.

You are solely responsible for backing up all data, files, and applications on your device before handing it over for repair. Easy Phone Fix and its partners are not liable for any loss of data, corruption of files, or loss of privacy settings that occurs during the diagnostic or repair process.

Services, estimates, availability, and pricing may vary by device, issue, parts, location, and physical inspection. Information shown online is intended as general guidance. The applicable price and scope will be communicated and approved by you before work proceeds.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and device information, making the device reasonably available for inspection, and disabling Find My Device or similar activation locks. Remove passcodes or provide necessary access only when appropriate and safe for diagnosis.

If a device is not collected by the customer within 30 days of repair completion or notification, and all dues are not cleared, Easy Phone Fix reserves the right to dispose of, recycle, or claim ownership of the device in accordance with applicable Indian laws, without further liability.

Submitting a partner application does not guarantee approval or work allocation. Approved repair persons operate strictly as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, or joint venture partners of Easy Phone Fix. Partners are solely responsible for their own taxes, tools, and compliance with local laws.

Where payment is applicable, the amount and accepted payment method will be communicated during the booking or service process. Additional work outside the original estimate requires your explicit approval before it is carried out.

Website content, branding, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Easy Phone Fix and may not be copied, modified, or commercially used without explicit written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, product images, brand names, and other related materials shown on this website belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify or describe devices and services for reference purposes. Their display does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by the respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Phone Fix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including data loss or loss of profits) arising from website use, delays, unavailable services, or device damage not caused by our gross negligence. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
